Access the Insights and Opportunities for Incident dashboard

  • Use the Insights and Opportunities for Incident dashboard in Service Operations Workspace to monitor incident trends, SLA compliance, sentiment, and operational patterns across your organization.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_sow_itsm_common.sn_service_desk_manager or incident_manager.

    Procedure

    1. In Service Operations Workspace, select Insights and Opportunities for Incident from the dashboard selector.

    2. Use the Period filter to set the date range for the data displayed across all widgets.
    3. Select any widget to drill down into the underlying incident records.
      The associated incident records appear in the following panel.
