# Incident standard ticket page {#ariaid-title1}

The Incident standard ticket page is where you and your employees can view the details
of an incident and can be used with service portal.

You can access the Incident ticket page in Service Portal using the
Requests option from the main menu header of Service Portal. The Incident
ticket page is available by default for new as well as upgrade users. The Incident standard
ticket page shows the details of an Incident, such as the short description, caller, and urgency.
It also shows the Actions list from where you can resolve, close, or
reopen incident.
