Start a conference call from Microsoft Teams to work towards the resolution of an incident.

## Before you begin

Role required: itil

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesService Operations Workspace.
2. Select the List (![List icon]()) icon.
3. Select IncidentsOpen.
4. Select the incident record.
5. Select the Collaborate icon (![Collaborate icon]()) from the contextual side panel.
6. Select the Calls tab, and then select the plus (+) icon.
7. Select Start MS Teams meeting.
8. On the form, fill in the fields.

   | Field | Description |
   |:-|:-|
   | Conference bridge | Option to choose the conference bridge. |
   | Title | Option to provide a title for the conference call |
   | Add participants | Options to add participants for the conference call. |
   | Include a brief message for participants | Provide a brief summary about the issue to be discussed in the conference call. |
