DEX for Microsoft 365 gets installed automatically when you install Digital End-User Experience.

## Configuration overview {#configuring-dex-for-microsoft-365__cf-config-parent-checklist}

1. Integrate the ServiceNow instance and Microsoft Azure by creating a custom application in Microsoft Azure portal to authenticate ServiceNow requests. To enable call quality monitoring for Microsoft Teams, do the following:
