# Manage attendees in a CAB meeting {#ariaid-title1}

Manage attendees of your CAB meeting who will review the change requests during the meeting.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_change_cab.cab_manager

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesService Operations Workspace.
2. Select the list icon (![List icon.]()).
3. In the Change Advisory Board, select My upcoming CAB meetings.
4. Open a CAB meeting.
5. Add or remove attendees that include delegates, board groups, and board members.
   1. Select the Details tab.  
      * In the Delegates list, select someone who can substitute as the CAB manager during the meeting.
      * In the Board groups list, select a group of users who are expected to join the meeting.
      * In the Board members list, select users from the selected board groups.

   2. Select Save.
   3. Select the Related records tab and then select the Attendees.
   4. Select New.
   5. On the form, select attendee name and tasks (change request) for which they will attend the meeting.
   6. Select Save.

   The new attendees are added to the CAB meeting and are listed in the Attendees list.
6. Select the more actions icon (![More actions icon.]()) and then select Send meeting request to attendees to send the meeting invite to the new and existing attendees.
