# Assign the Password Reset Service Desk role to the user {#ariaid-title1}

Assign the password reset service desk agent (password_reset_service_desk) role to the users to work on the incidents or interactions related to the password reset issues.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllService Operations WorkspaceOverview.
2. On the Admin Center page, do one of the following:  
   * In the Overview tab, select the Configure button in the Service Desk Assisted Password Reset card.
   * In the Configurations tab, select Service Desk Assisted Password Reset card.

3. On the Password reset agents card, select Configure.  
   A new tab containing the list of users who have the service desk assisted password reset role(password_reset_service_desk) is displayed.
4. Select New.
5. On the form, fill in the fields.

   | User | Users whom the password reset role (password_reset_service_desk) must be assigned. |
   | Role | Password reset service desk role to be assigned. |

6. Select Submit.
