Run the `UpdateFormulasSD` script to recalculate all the formulas in ITSM Success Dashboard indicators if you see outdated data in the dashboard.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllSystem DefinitionScheduled Jobs.
2. Open the `UpdateFormulasSD` list from the list.
3. Select Execute Now.  
   Note:  
   `UpdateFormulasSD` is a scheduled job that executes once in 24 hours.
