Create a cost savings
indicator in ITSM Success Dashboard
to determine and display the time saved for the
contributing indicators when agents work on
an
incident.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_sd.success_dashboard_admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllSuccess DashboardGetting Started.
2. In the Customize Cost Savings card, select For ITSM.
3. On the form, fill in the fields.

   | Field | Description |
   |-|-|
   | Select the contributing indicator | Option to select a performance metric from the drop-down menu to add or modify time-saving measures. Select Nextto go to Time savings section. Select Cancel \& Exit to cancel the setup. |
   | Time savings | Option to select the persona group. Select Add. |
   | Time savings action | * Persona group -- Select a persona group from the drop-down menu. * Contributing indicator registry -- This field is populated based on the selected indicator. * Time saved -- Define the time saved. {#customize-cost-savings__ul_bmy_1pc_gxb} Select Mark Complete. |
   | Review updates | Verify that the values provided are accurate. Select Mark Complete. |
