## Before you begin

Role required: itil or sn_change_write

## About this task

The Mobile Agent mobile application runs on the Mobile App Builder mobile platform. Activate the ITSM Mobile Experience (com.sn_itsm_mobile) plugin to enable the ITSM mobile application on your device.{#configure-servicenow-agent__fsm-mobile-plugin}

## Procedure

1. In your mobile device, go to Apple App store if you are on an iOS platform or Google Play Store if you are on an Android platform.
2. Search for <kbd class="ph userinput">ServiceNow Agent</kbd>.
3. Download and install the ServiceNow Agent application.
