Configure your ServiceNow instance with Notify connector for Microsoft Teams application from Service Operations Workspace using the guided setup to enable making calls using Microsoft Teams.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllService Operations Workspace Admin CenterConfigurations.
2. Select Notify, and then select Microsoft Teams Guided Setup.  
   Review the sections Pre-published apps and Self-configured apps to consider for setup in your environment.
3. Select Configure against Pre-published apps.  
   Use guided setup to step through the configuration. Guided setup assists you with performing the configuration in a sequential process. Guided setup organizes configuration activities into categories and helps you
   track your progress.
4. Select Start to begin the guided setup for pre-published apps.  
   Once you have installed the required plugins and store apps, perform the activities outlined in the Install Azure Apps and Authorize Notify Connector section. After that, move on to complete the
   tasks in the Configuration Steps section.
