# Record page configurations in Service Operations Workspace for ITSM {#ariaid-title1}

You can configure the data available in record pages in Service Operations Workspace for ITSM.

## Record view options in SOW {#record-page-configurations-sow-itsm__section_x4z_mpc_1kc}

Use the display options at the bottom of the incident record to control how much of the record and its activity you see at once. Select the icon for the view you want.

Record only![Record only icon](): Shows the incident record across the full width of the workspace, with the Record Information panel on the right. Use this view to focus on the record fields, such as Impact, affected CIs, and assignment
details, without the activity stream.

Activity stream only![Activity stream icon](): Shows the record alongside the Record Information panel, with the activity stream available in a compact layout. Use this view when you want to read recent activity while keeping the record fields in
sight.

Split view ![Split view icon](): Divides the workspace into three areas---the record on the left, the Compose and Activity panel in the center, and the Record Information panel on the right. Use this view to add work notes or comments and
review the full activity history while you work in the record.

## Resize the panes in Split view {#record-page-configurations-sow-itsm__section_znd_nqc_1kc}

In Split view, drag the resizable panes divider handle to adjust how much space each pane takes. Point to the divider between two panes, then drag the handle to make one pane wider and the other narrower. Use this control to give
more room to the area you're working in, such as widening the Activity panel while you review work notes.
