# Modify an appointment at the Walk-up Experience Tech Lounge {#ariaid-title1}

Edit or cancel an appointment at a ServiceNow
Walk-up Experience Tech Lounge by using the Now® Mobile app on
your mobile device.

## Before you begin

Role required: user

## About this task

The time limit for modifying an appointment may vary across tech Lounges. You cannot
modify a confirmed appointment within the time limit that was set for the particular
tech Lounge. For example, a tech Lounge has set this time limit as two hours. So, if
your appointment is at 10 a.m, you cannot modify it after 8 a.m. of the same
day.

## Procedure

1. On your mobile device, tap the Now® Mobile app icon ().
2. Navigate to your appointment card using any of these options.

   | Services | Tap the more options icon (![More options icon]())Visit a Tech LoungeVisits. |
   | Information | Tap the headphones icon (![Headphones icon]())Visits |

3. Tap the appointment card to open it.
4. Choose one of the following actions.

   | Action | Description |
   | Edit | Change the date or time of the appointment. |
   | Cancel | Cancel the appointment. |

   You can also swipe the appointment card and tap your preferred action to modify the appointment.
