# Work on Walk-up interaction

Manage your Walk-up appointments in Agent Workspace.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_walkup.walkup_technician or admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllWorkspace ExperienceAgent Workspace Home.
2. Select Inbox from the side bar.
3. Set your status as Available.  
   A Walk-up interaction task is automatically pushed in your inbox, if you do not already have any walk-up interactions assigned to you.
4. Select Accept.
5. On the details page, select one of the following options.

   | Option | Description |
   | Abandon | Reject the Walk-up interaction |
   | Accept | Accept the Walk-up interaction |

6. If you already have interactions assigned to you, navigate to ListsWalk-upMy Assigned Walk-ups.
7. From the Walk-up list, select Location Kiosk.
8. Select a kiosk assigned to the location from the list.
9. On the Walk-up Location Kiosk page, select Check-in.  
   Note:  
   Walk-up location kiosks are displayed only when the Show kiosk option is enabled.
10. On the My Assigned Walk-ups page, select the Walk-up interaction assigned to you.
11. After you have fulfilled or resolved the request, set the state of the Walk-up interaction to Closed Complete.
