# Sharing record pages from Service Operations Workspace across workspaces

# Sharing record pages from Service Operations Workspace across workspaces {#ariaid-title1}

Release version: Australia
Updated March 12, 2026

Share the look and feel of the record pages in Service Operations Workspace (SOW) such as incident or change request as it is across other workspace such as CSM and FSM workspaces.
To support interoperability, SOW enables sharing the look and feel of the record pages such as incident and change request across other workspaces like CSM and FSM workspaces. The interoperability feature provides a consistent experience for you to view the records across workspaces in the ServiceNow platform (e.g., User sees the same view and actions for an
incident record, whether in SOW or CSM workspaces).

To implement and consume this feature on other workspaces like CSM workspace, an admin in CSM must create record in the UX Cross-experience route UX property. The admin can then customize the usage conditions and other parameters to implement this feature for specific tables such
as incident and mark this record as Active as per their requirement.
