# Monitor your user apps network {#ariaid-title1}

Monitor your app's network to ensure top performance, reduce latency, and improve security. Track key metrics to spot issues early, optimize resource use, and fix problems before they impact users.

## Before you begin

Confirm that the DEX plugin (sn_dex) is installed.

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesService Operations Workspace and select the Devices icon(![Devices icon]()) from the primary navigation pane.
2. Select a device from the list.
3. In the Network experience section, select one of the following options:
   * Connection details: Information about the user's Wi-Fi, wired, and VPN connection.
   * App connection stability: Information about the network stability related to latency, packet loss, and jitter. This option is applicable only to Windows OS.

   * App connection path: Network path data for a selected application. This option is applicable only to Windows OS.

   * Live application hops: List of hops between the user's device and an application server that can help you identify and fix network bottlenecks.
