Monitor the progress of assessments and track learning tasks that are overdue. You can also add a coaching quality indicator to monitor trends. Analyze which skills have been assigned the most to your team recently and which
top skills are in demand.  

## Access the Coaching Overview page {#wfo-itsm-coaching-overview-page__section_sgj_z44_mtb}

To open the dashboard:

* Navigate to, WorkspacesManager Workspace.
* Select the Coaching icon ![Coaching icon]().
* Select the Overview tab.
