## Before you begin

Role required: sn_team_perf.team_performance_admin

## About this task

Analyze the data by drilling down into the data for a team, a specific team member,
an indicator, or an incident.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllWorkspacesManager Workspace.
2. Click the Teams icon.
3. From the KPI group list, select the KPI group to analyze performance.  
   You can view the data for the top-level KPIs.  
   Note:  
   The Teams page shows the list of assignment groups that are associated with the selected KPI group.

4. Select a date range to view your team's performance for that time period.  
   You can set the default date range using the sn_optimize.default_date_range [system
   property](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/vEb7Xb3tIhw_hkAeBiRxJA "Workforce Optimization for ITSM uses roles to administer teams and properties to modify default behavior.").  
   All teams that you manage are identified with a My team highlight in the group header. You can also see the team that you have visibility into.
5. Drill down into the data for the team.

   | Analyze indicator performance | Click the Performance tab to track and analyze the overall indicator performance for all members in the team. 1. To analyze the indicator performance for the team, click on an indicator. You can then select a location on the time-series visualization or on an incident count in the table to drill down further. 2.    | Analyze skills for your team | Click the Performance tab to analyze skills for each agent in your team. 1. Select an agent for whom you want to analyze skills based on skill-level type. 2.
