# Create a course catalog in Workforce Optimization for ITSM {#ariaid-title1}

Create course catalogs and set user criteria to define user access to the course
items and learning paths associated with it.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_wfo_cfg_itsm.admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesManager Workspace.
2. Select the Coaching icon (![Coaching icon]()).
3. Select the Learning tab.
4. Go to Learning course catalogsAll course catalogs.
5. Select New.
6. Create a course catalog.
