Mark a universal request as restricted or unrestricted when you identify that the request contains sensitive information.

## Before you begin

Role required: routing agents, sn_uni_req.sensitiveinfo_agent or service-specific assignment group members

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllWorkspacesService Operations Workspace.
2. From the navigation list, select List.
3. From the navigation list, select Universal RequestOpen.
4. Navigate to the universal request that you want to mark as restricted.
5. On the form, select the Restrict button.
