Create a UX custom form view to show any record for a given table in Digital Portfolio Management (DPM).

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_dpm.dpm_admin

## About this task

Create a UX custom form view to determine the view to show for a given table in DPM.  
Note:  
Clear the cache to see the change results of this procedure.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllNow Experience FrameworkConfiguration SettingsUX Form View Rules.
2. Select New.
3. On the form, fill in the fields.

   | Field Set | Description |
   |-|-|
   | Name | Unique name of the custom form view. |
   | Table | Table name associated with the custom form view. Tip: Enter a key word like service or offering. |
   | View | The custom UI view. You can select default or workspace, or new. |
   | Application | The application for the view rule. This field should default to the application that you're in. |
   | Execution Order | The order in which your view displays. |
