Leaders and process owners of both ITSM and HR
can configure and use the Success Dashboard indicators to measure the success of the
implementation.
The Success Dashboard indicators roles and the tasks are uniform across Service groups; ITSM or HR. The following are the user roles and responsibilities: {#success-roles__table_ov2_tj4_2fb__entry__2}
