    DEX Self-service issue config

    The issue configuration associated with the device action. The issue configuration defines the device problem the action addresses, the devices it applies to, and the interfaces it appears on.

    Quick action label

    The label displayed to users when the action appears in Employee Center, Now Assist, or the DEX Desktop Assistant.

    Application

    The application scope this device action belongs to.

    Active

    Indicates whether the device action is available to users. When the check box is cleared, the action is not visible on any interface regardless of the issue configuration settings.
