# Join a queue at the Walk-up Experience Tech Lounge {#ariaid-title1}

Join a queue at a ServiceNow
Walk-up Experience Tech Lounge by using the Now® Mobile app for
immediate assistance with an issue.

## Before you begin

Role required: user

## Procedure

1. On your mobile device, tap the Now® Mobile app icon ().
2. Navigate to the list of available Tech Lounges using any of these options.

   | Tab | Navigation |
   | My Items | Tap the headphones icon (![Headphones icon.]()). |
   | Services | Tap the more options icon (![more options icon.]())Visit a Tech Lounge. |
   | Information | Tap the headphones icon (![Headphones icon.]()). |

3. From the list of active Tech Lounges, tap your preferred Tech Lounge.
4. Tap Join Queue.  
   Note:  
   This option is displayed only when the Tech Lounge is open. If the Tech Lounge is closed, wait to join a queue during the normal operating hours. Alternatively, you can book an appointment if the option is available. 5. On the form, fill in the fields.

   | Reason | Reason for your visit. |
   | Description | Brief description of the problem. |

6. Tap Submit.  
   Your visit details and position in the queue are displayed on the screen.
