Subscribe users to a service offering so they can order it from the catalog. You can also subscribe offerings for companies, locations, groups, and departments.

## Before you begin

Role required: com.snc.service_portfolio

Role required: service_editor

## About this task

Subscribers define who a service offering is for. Subscribe users to service offerings so they can view and request catalog items related to the service offering. For example, if a service is for video teleconferencing, it might
have two offerings --- one for a personal communications platform and one for a webinar. To select either option, users must order the option from the catalog. To order, they must be added as a subscriber to that service
offering.

The base system counts the number of subscribers per offering and per service. It also enables you to send customer satisfaction (CSAT) surveys to subscribers to gain feedback about the service offering. You can choose the
cadence for how often to send the surveys per interval.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllService Portfolio ManagementService Offerings.
2. Select a service offering that you want to add subscribers.
3. Select the Subscribed by User related list (tab), and then select Edit.
Alternatively, you can select one of the other related lists (tabs) to subscribe groups, locations, departments, or companies.
4. Select the subscriber name from the Collection and move it to the Subscribed by User List.
5. Select Save.
