Enable Virtual Agent to find solutions to your queries quickly and seamlessly, without having to wait on hold or speak with an agent by phone.

## Before you begin

Make sure that you have installed the Virtual Agent plugin \[com.glide.cs.chatbot\] and the plugin is active.

Role required: sn_dex_desktop.admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllDesktop AssistantConfigurationApplication.
2. On the Desktop Assistant page, select the Virtual agent enabled check box.

3. Select Update.  
   The Virtual Agent or chat icon ![]() appears on the Desktop Assistant header.
4. To open the chat window, select the Virtual Agent or chat icon ![]() from the Desktop Assistant header.
