View detailed metrics for your organization's Zoom rooms using DEX.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

* Set up DEX for Zoom. For more information, see [Configuring DEX for Zoom](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/2M246ZPdWOIt3OMDfZr8GA "The DEX for Zoom gets installed automatically when you install Digital End-User Experience.")
* Configure advanced monitoring to monitor Zoom calls with DEX. ## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesService Operations Workspace.
2. In the primary navigation pane, select the Applications icon (![The Applications icon.]()).
3. Select Zoom.
4. Select Zoom rooms under Application metrics.
5. Select start and end dates, then select Go.  
   Note:  
   The date range is limited to a maximum of 48 hours within the past 30 days, based on the UTC time.  
   The Zoom rooms details appear in a table that includes the room name, room ID, and the total number of issues. A pie chart also shows the distribution of the Zoom room issues.
6. Select the issue count link to open the Details tab, where you can view the issues and the time they occurred.
