The SLAConditionBase script include implements the default SLA
transitions.
The SLAConditionBase script include implements the default SLA condition
processing.

To view the script, navigate to Service Level ManagementAdministrationSLA Condition Rules, then click on the SLAConditionBase entry to view
details. The record in the Class name field is the script include
that defines the condition processing.  
Note:  
We recommend you do not modify this script , but use it as an example for creating your own script includes.
