- Field Service Contractor Mobile gives contractor field users and managers the tools to handle their work entirely from a phone — viewing assignments, sourcing parts, debriefing completed tasks, and managing the full task lifecycle without needing desktop access or dispatcher involvement for routine operations.
- Contractor managers can review and respond to marketplace requests, monitor open tasks across their team, and reassign work to contractor agents directly from the app. Contractor agents get full visibility into their assignments and everything they need to complete and close work in the field.
- The app runs natively on the ServiceNow platform, so contractor activity flows into the same data and workflows as your internal field service operations — no separate system, no manual reconciliation.
