These contracts, often unstructured, define the obligations of the parties involved. This application helps identify and monitor these obligations to ensure their timely fulfillment. Failure to meet obligations on time may result in revenue loss, cost overruns, non-performance, non-compliance, reputational damage, or penalties for the contracting parties.
