Version 1.0.3 - March 2026: Engineering License Management in ServiceNow Software Asset Management Pro enables organizations to monitor and manage engineering application licenses through integrations with OpenLM and Open iT. These tools connect with a wide variety of license management servers — including IBM LUM, Sentinel Technologies, Autodesk, and Bentley Systems — consolidating usage data into the ServiceNow instance via the ServiceNow Store application. It targets industries such as aerospace, oil and gas, and construction, where accurate license forecasting and denial prevention are critical. Once set up, the Engineering License overview dashboard in Software Asset Workspace provides visibility into total spend, most denied products, and usage trends over time.
