    Pagination issue for user actions is fixed.

    The Looker spoke provides actions to view and analyze meaningful usage data for Looker subscriptions. The spoke downloads subscription information as well as usage. This information will be available to SAM Admins to monitor product usage. Additionally, SAM Admins can use this information to track stale users whose access can be revoked.
