- Walk-up for Customer Service Management (CSM) helps organizations manage in-person customer visits at physical service locations. Customers can check in online or on-site at a designated walk-up service center. Staff can then manage queues, track visits, and provide real-time support at service desks and help counters. Walk-up for CSM works as part of the broader CSM workflow to deliver fast, face-to-face assistance where customers need it most.
