It provides an experience that delivers the ability for employees to engage with that content and each other in familiar social interactions such as reactions (like, love, etc.), comments and replies, flag issues and more. Fully configurable to deliver a unique customer experience backed by a suite of reports for measuring engagement with any content delivered with the social features provided.
