- Field Service Capacity and Reservations Management gives field service organizations a rules-based way to plan, reserve, and distribute work across internal technicians and contractor teams based on defined capacity — not manual judgment or whoever has an open slot.
- Organizations can reserve portions of available capacity for specific work types, such as high-priority or same-day tasks, and define capacity using multiple inputs: agent schedules, task counts, or hours. Assignment overrides allow planners to respond dynamically when operational priorities shift without dismantling the underlying structure.
- Organizations get visibility into how capacity is being consumed across the operation, so adjustments to coverage, contractor commitments, and service demand can be made before they become scheduling problems.
