Version 6.4.2 - September 2026
:
    * Page properties support to get granular insights of pages.
    * Answers business questions like:
      * How many password-reset requests were submitted by people who visited the password-reset catalog page?
      * How many comments were added to the knowledge article titled "Usage Insights MCP"?
      * Which dashboards did people visit last quarter, listed by name?

    * Page properties are now available across User Experience Analytics. A page property is a named, filterable attribute captured from a page's URL parameters or record metadata on every page view --- so pages that previously shared a single page ID (a dashboard, a knowledge article, a catalog item) can now be distinguished by the resource a person actually viewed. Page properties behave like event properties wherever properties already appear.
    * What's new: Page-property filtering in Funnels. When a funnel step is set to a page, page properties become available for that step, so you can filter the step by page property.

:   Fixed the chat provider filter in the Usage Insights dashboard's conversation menu to support all chat providers.

:
    * Added session-based funnel analysis to the Usage Insights Conversion Funnel.
    * Users can toggle Session-based vs. user-based mode via the Funnel type filter.

Version 6.3.9 - July 2026
:
    * Whats new?
      * Cross-application conversion funnels --- Build funnels where each step can belong to a different application, so you can follow a user journey as it spans multiple workspaces and portals.
      * Session-based and user-based funnels --- Choose whether steps must complete within one session (time-to-value) or across multiple sessions over time (overall task completion).
      * Previous period comparison in conversion funnel --- Compare completion rate, step conversion, and transition timing against a prior period. Each metric shows its delta, and a step comparison table breaks down engaged users, sessions, and conversion time side by side --- turning a snapshot into an adoption trend.

:
    * Added session-based funnel analysis to the Usage Insights Conversion Funnel.
    * Users can toggle Session-based vs. user-based mode via the Funnel type filter.

Version 6.1.12 - March 2026
:   Usage Insights funnel capabilities are now available as part of PA Dashboard visualization experiences. Funnels created in Usage Insights can now be configured and displayed directly within Platform Analytics inline dashboards, enabling
    a unified view of conversion analytics in PA Dashboards. Existing funnels can be selected through the PA dashboard configuration and identical metrics and conversion rates are ensured across both surfaces. Access controls
    defined in Usage Insights are respected, and clear messages are displayed if a funnel is unavailable or access has been revoked.

:   Fix: uxa funnel saves relative dates as absolute, so relative dates period is not being calculated correctly

:   Fixed: In Funnels, for Use data sampling toggle on/off - data is not changed unless we do a cache refresh

:   Fix for: Role access check and enforcement. When funnel is created with "SessionStartedAny" as first step, the data is being filtered for new user sessions(usertype=new) and funnel values are shown for only new user
    sessions.

:   No changes in the UI. Funnel Page Duration is not Displayed between the Funnel Steps - that is the only change, but backend still does not support it so it is not exposed in
