    Version history

    Version 7.5.0 - June 2026 (Zurich+)
    • !!! WARNING: This release removes over 700 read ACLs on secondary/tertiary tables from the DPM Manager role. !!!This impacts existing installations as well as new installations. This means that if you drill down into a record (say an incident or change record) you will still have access to that primary record, but will not automatically be granted read access to all of the related tables that associate with incidents and changes. This change was made to remove the overly broad access given to default by the dpm_manager role. If this impacts you, you will need to go in and manually add any specific access to specific tables your DPM managers required back to the dpm_manager role (or create a new sub-role, or add read access directly for certain users).
    • New: DPM now supports the new enterprise agile planning tables for business applications
    • Fixed: PRB2004635 - removed deprecated DPM breakdown, improving the performance of the DPM data collection job
    • Removed: Removed over 700 direct read ACLs from the sn_dpm.dpm_manager role. See warning above.
    Version 7.4.2 - March 2026 (Zurich+)
    • Fixed:
      • PRB1969965
        • Fixed an issue in DPM admin center where users were unable to map cmdb_ci_service_discovered records to KPI groups.
      • PRB1991433
        • Fixed an issue where header config records that reference non-existent fields caused the entire screen to not load
      • PRB1974685
        • Fixed an issue where conditions were being ignored for the configurable headers in DPM
    Version 7.4.1 - January 2026 (Yokohama+)
Fixed: PRB1965567 - Fixed an issue with broken single score data visualizations when upgrading to Zurich.
    Version 7.3.2 - December 2025 (Yokohama+)
    • Changed: Users with the dpm_admin role now see the correct read/write permissions when browsing personal portfolios. Previously they could see personal portfolios that were shared with them as read only, but since they are dpm_admins, they have write access as well. This now shows appropriately in the UI.
    • Fixed:
      • PRB1942385 - Fixed an issue where digital portfolio management specific fields showed up on the details section of the dmn_demand UI16 form view.
      • PRB1953963 - Fixed an issue where the needs attention items didn't update automatically when the underlying taxonomy is changed
      • Fixed ACL issue with the dpm_manager role and PA dashboards
      • Security improvements
    • Removed:
      • DPM no longer has a hard dependency on the spm_premium plugin

    Version 7.2.0 - August 2025
    • New:
      • DPM can be configured to show more than one KPI group on the enterprise portfolio preview pages.
      • The "Needs Attention" feature on many screens in DPM is now more performant for larger data sets.
      • Added a loading state spinner to Needs Attention 'right rails' in DPM, so customers with very large data sets don't perceive a slow load as broken.
      • We have recreated the 'Overdue Incidents' indicator within the DPM scope for performance reasons.
        • New installs will automatically use the new indicator.
        • Existing installs will still use the old indicator and everything should continue working. However, we recommend that customers re-map to the new indicator, which has the same name but with a prefix of "DPM:"
      • Updated the 'portfolio list' component to make it easier to switch between portfolios.
      • Renamed 'Application Service' to 'Service Instance' per updated CSDM naming conventions.

      • DPM users can now send an email to any users with the dpm_manager role that includes the first KPI group data and a link back to the solution they are sending an email from. This feature is off by default and can be activated in the DPM Admin center under a new 'Email properties' section.
      • DPM admins can turn on a scheduled job that will automatically send the top KPI group data in an email to the solution owners. The schedule is configurable and will only send KPI data for the 'top level objects' that a user owns. For example, if they own a taxonomy node, it won't send data on sub nodes or services.
