• AI Agent Advisor is a generative AI feature that helps you unlock the full potential of AI agents across your organization. It works in three steps:Mine your Incident and Case data to discover your highest-impact automation opportunities;Match those opportunities against ServiceNow's library of AI agents or your custom agents and tools; andMake custom agents tailored to your unique workflows — all powered by AI analysis of your actual operational data.
• Important: AI Agent Advisor is the backend engine and must be paired with Now Assist Center for the full experience. If you're looking for AI Agent Advisor, install Now Assist Center; AI Agent Advisor will install automatically as part of it.
• After installation, AI Agent Advisor automatically kicks off AI analysis, with no configuration required. Choose to analyze incidents, cases, or both; customize how often analysis runs; apply filters; and trigger on-demand analysis at any time. For every opportunity, AI Agent Advisor automatically generates an evaluation dataset so you can validate agent performance from day one.
• AI Agent Advisor does not consume assists; however, a Now Assist license is required for installation. Custom agent creation is available on the Prime SKU or current Now Assist packages. Foundation and Advanced tiers do not support custom agent creation. Customers evaluating Now Assist who do not yet have a license can contact their ServiceNow sales representative to request access. Note: AI Agent Advisor was previously named Agent Miner; the underlying application is still listed as Agent Miner in the store.
