    • Employee Slate is now the default experience - Core Business Suite now uses Employee Slate as the requester experience out-of -the-box, giving employees a single, consistent place to get help.
    • CBS Analytics Dashboard - A new dashboard gives a consolidated, cross-business-unit view of service performance, including open and unassigned cases, mean time to resolve, and self-service resolution.
    • Core Business Suite Prime is now available for direct installation from the Product Hub. This enables one-click installation of all CBS Prime applications.
