:   Changed: Consistent ServiceNow Otto terminology across ITOM features. All references to "Now Assist" have been updated to "ServiceNow Otto" throughout IT Operations Management features. UI labels, flow descriptions, action descriptions,
    and rule labels now consistently use the "ServiceNow Otto" name, replacing the previous terminology.
