      * Admins can access SPO Product Admin Home as a single entry point.
      * Product Hub provides guided installation of SPO applications and plugins.
      * Configuration Console offers a guided experience for configuring Procurement Case Management items with completion tracking.
      * From Configuration Console, admins can download update sets and upload batch update sets to higher environments.
    * Changed:
      * SPO configuration is now organized within the Otto for Setup framework, replacing navigation across multiple admin tools and locations.
      * The admin experience is now consistent across Product Hub and Configuration Console.
