    * Predictive Intelligence for Legal Service Delivery increases productivity for legal fulfillers and reduces resolution time of legal requests and matters with machine learning that classifies information such as subcategory and assignment group.
    * Machine learning models trained on your organization's historical legal requests and matters are used to predict new submissions and updates to existing ones. Legal fulfillers are presented with the results and a confidence score to enable quicker decision-making there by reducing the triage burden.
    * Additionally, you can also use Advanced Work Assignment for Legal Service Delivery for automatic assignment.
