- The ServiceNow Manufacturing Commercial Operations (MCO) application provides a comprehensive solution to manage the entire post-sales life cycle of your products, subscriptions, and services. With the latest Yokohama release, the Manufacturing Commercial Operations application has been improved and updated to include powerful new features designed to support manufacturers more effectively.
- Sales Promotion Management
- Manufacturing OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) frequently launch sales promotion campaigns to introduce new products, boost sales of existing lines, or clear aging inventory. These campaigns often include targeted promotions tailored to specific demographics, such as senior citizen or veteran discounts. Channel partners are responsible for extending these promotions and discounts to end customers during sales transactions. Subsequently, OEMs reimburse these channel partners for the associated promotional costs.
- The MCO application facilitates seamless collaboration between OEMs and their dealers by streamlining the management of sales promotions and claims. The sales promotion framework within MCO allows OEMs to publish and manage promotional campaigns efficiently. At the same time, it enables channel partners to submit claims for reimbursement after completing product sales transactions under the terms of these promotions.
- By leveraging this framework, manufacturers can ensure better transparency, faster processing of promotional claims, and stronger alignment between OEMs and their sales channels.
