- Anomaly Detection in Warranty Claims is a component of the "Resolve warranty claims faster" agentic AI workflow in Manufacturing Commercial Operations (MCO). It automatically flags suspicious warranty claims before they are approved and reimbursed by identifying duplicate submissions, mismatched parts, reused images, and unusual claim patterns. This helps OEMs and their dealer networks reduce warranty leakage and lower overall warranty costs — without requiring manual review of every incoming claim.
- This component works natively on the ServiceNow platform and integrates seamlessly with existing MCO warranty claims processing workflows.
