- Field Service Advanced Capacity and Reservations Management gives organizations with complex service demand granular control over how capacity is defined, reserved, and allocated across work types, demand channels, time periods, and both internal teams and external contractors.
- It provides access to Capacity Console, a dedicated workspace view that gives planners real-time visibility into allocated, used, and unused capacity alongside reservations, assigned tasks, and booked work. Planners can monitor consumption, identify gaps, and adjust before demand outpaces availability.
- Integrated with Dynamic Scheduling, it automates work assignment based on configured capacity rules and real-time availability so the schedule reflects actual capacity.
