    New: Legal Conflict of Interest application supports conversational intake to submit disclosures using natural language from the Now Assist in Virtual Agent. It also has risk assessment utility to evaluate the request against predefined risk factors and calculate risk score. Based on the score, requests are routed to the appropriate approval workflow for faster resolution.

      • Legal Conflict of Interest - Manage the disclosure, approval, and registry of conflict of interest that might arise from employees having competing interests or loyalties.
      • Gifts and Entertainment Compliance - Manage the disclosure that might arise from employees giving or receiving gifts or entertainment to internal or external parties. This also enables you to comply with company policies.
      • Legal Stock Preclearance - Manage stock preclearance requests complying with the company's stock preclearance policy.
