      * Interview Health Tracker: A unified list view for Recruiters to monitor the health of all their interviews across job requisitions centrally enabling them to identify and address issues in a timely manner.
      * Substitute interviewer: Recruiters can substitute an interviewer for any interview on a job where they're part of the hiring team.
