The Voluntary Separation Employee Experience Pack serves as a blueprint for the process of offboarding an employee of an organization during a voluntary separation (resignation).

• Employees and their managers need guidance through the offboarding process to ensure the efficiency and thoroughness of cross-departmental teams while providing a supportive experience for the employee during the transition. This journey combines activities and content for lifecycle events, tasks, communication, and knowledge template content, to better enable hiring managers through this process.
