    * Voluntary Separation is when an employee willingly leaves the organization (for example resignation, quit without notice, completion of a contract). The Voluntary Separation Employee Experience Pack serves as a blueprint for the process of offboarding an employee of an organization during a voluntary separation (resignation).
    * Problem it solves:
      * More customers are looking to ServiceNow to deliver best-practice guidance and leadership on how to create great experiences during complex moments that matter.
