    Talent profile provides a comprehensive & unified view of all available talent to the organisation. Organisations can define their talent pool to include different categories of talent - including external talent, employees, contingent workers, & alumni. The profile also tracks and surfaces each talent's history as they interact with the organisation. This information is then surfaced at different touch-points in the Hiring Experiences workflows helping the Hiring Team with effective & efficient data-driven decisions.
