      • Conversational Appointment Booking now supports Now Assist Virtual Agent, enabling customers to schedule, reschedule, or cancel Walk-up appointments using native chat or Engagement Messenger.

      • Admins can configure appointment booking flows using the Appointment Booking Rich Control in Virtual Agent topics.
