Enable viewing related documents in a parent record
Add the Documents related list to the record to be able to link and view documents related to the record.

- Navigate to the record, (for example, Incident, Interaction, and so on).

Select the Additional Actions icon (

- Move Documents from the Available list to the Selected list.
- Select Save.
